Performance assessments

Part of ASQA's role as a regulator is to assess the performance of the practices of registered training organisations (RTOs) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) providers.

We assess the performance of providers to ensure they comply with:

• the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 
• the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
