Change business address

You need to tell us about changes to your head office or principal place of business. This includes the physical and postal address, phone number or website details.

Changes to head office address, phone, website

Your head office is the location where your entity is managed from and where we can contact you either in person or by mail. 
You can check your head office details on asqanet or on the National Register.

Notifying ASQA of these changes

Complete an ‘Update minor VET details and remove scope’ form in asqanet.

You will need to check that: 

  • a physical and postal address is listed in asqanet for your head office.
  • if you deliver training at your head office, it is also recorded in asqanet as a delivery location.  

You need to tell us about changes to your head office as soon as possible.

RTOs have a maximum of 90 calendar days to tell us about this change.  

Providers registered on CRICOS have a maximum of 10 business days to tell us about this change. 

Changes to principal place of business

Principal place of business means the primary location you conduct your business. This may be where students attend or where you coordinate your online delivery.

You can check your principal place of business on asqanet or on the National Register.

Notifying ASQA of these changes

Complete the Update RTO principal place of business or delivery site form and email it to enquires@asqa.gov.au.

You need to tell us about changes to your principal place of business as soon as possible.

RTOs have a maximum of 90 calendar days to tell us about this change.  

Providers registered on CRICOS have a maximum of 10 business days to tell us about this change.
