Complaints about ASQA

Anyone can provide feedback or make a complaint about ASQA—students, training organisation personnel, employers, parents, industry representatives or any other member of the community.

How to provide feedback

To provide feedback―positive or negative―please email feedback@asqa.gov.au, or contact us.

The Info Line is open 9.00 am to 7.00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday to Friday (dial +61 3 8613 3910 from outside Australia).

How to make a formal complaint

Complete the Complaint about ASQA form (DOC) and email the completed form to feedback@asqa.gov.au.

Please note: You can remain anonymous, but this may limit the investigation of your complaint.

We aim to acknowledge your complaint in writing within five working days.

We investigate complaints as quickly as possible.

It is not possible to provide specific timeframes for these investigations. If we expect it will take more than 90 days to finalise our response to your complaint, we will write to you and explain the reasons for needing more than 90 days.

For more information on how ASQA manages complaints, read our Complaints About ASQA Policy (PDF)
