I am unable to find my student records or provider

If you have exhausted all options provided on our Student records page, you may have to complete the training again with a new provider.

Applying for recognition of prior learning

When you sign up for a new course you can apply for recognition of prior learning (RPL) with your new RTO. The RPL process allows the RTO to assess your competency—acquired through formal and informal learning—to determine if you meet the requirements for a unit of study.
