Guidance for Providers

ASQA is committed to transparency of our regulatory approach this means communicating clearly about our expectations so that providers have clarity of what is expected. ASQA is focused on further improving the information and guidance it offers to support providers to understand and meet their regulatory requirements. The following expectations set out our regulatory posture in relation to the obligations of registered training providers.

From 1 January 2023, providers must deliver training and assessment for twelve consecutive months to remain registered as an RTO.
