Service Charter and service standards

Our Service Charter articulates ASQA’s values, behaviours and commitment to best practice regulation. It documents what stakeholders can expect from us and clarifies our expectations about stakeholder responsibilities.

The Charter also includes our service standards against which we review our efficiency and performance. We report on our performance against these standards in our annual reports.
